Campus Wide Partnerships

Campus Wide Partnerships

At CAPS, we believe in the power of collaboration. Our campus-wide partnerships are aimed at strengthening administrative efficiency, enhancing student support, and promoting mental health awareness across the LUMS community.

The Learning Institute – CAPS Partnership
Our collaboration with the Learning Institute led to the development of Practice Management Software (PMS), a system that enhances efficiency and effectiveness at CAPS by automating appointment scheduling and enabling advanced data analytics.

Beyond administrative innovation, we are also integrating technology into the mental health space, including building a comprehensive repository of mental health resources accessible to the wider community.

Collaborations Across Campus
We work closely with several key offices to ensure holistic support for students, including:

  • Residence Office – partnering to organize mental health awareness events within student housing.
  • Office of Accessibility & Inclusion (OAI) – conducting student assessments to support in getting possible accommodations that support equal access to academic and campus life.
  • Student Success Services (SSS) – assisting students with academic petitions, semester withdrawals, and rejoining processes, ensuring they receive guidance and support during transitional phases.
  • Office of Student Affairs (OSA) – collaborating to provide exception approvals and address unique student needs with sensitivity and care.

Together, these collaborations allow us to build a campus environment that is not only supportive but also inclusive, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive both personally and academically.
