CAPS Professional Training Programmes

At CAPS, we offer specialized paid training programmes designed to build essential personal and professional skills. Our approach is grounded in evidence-based practice models and enhanced through experiential learning.

Each programme emphasizes respect, collaboration, teamwork, effective conflict resolution, mindfulness, openness to learning, and self-reflection while fostering a strong working alliance between supervisor and supervisee.
