Quality Assurance
At CAPS, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of accountability and transparency through our quality assurance practices. We regularly conduct semester-wise data collection to assess service utilization, student needs, and program effectiveness. Based on this data, we prepare annual and biannual reports, along with specific reports such as the National Outreach Programme (NOP) Report.
